Brass anodes are available in the form of brass plates or balls, as well as brass mini rods. We offer 63/37 and 70/30 alloys. Other alloys are also available upon request. Made from primary metals, our brass anodes have a very low impurity content. We also offer brass wire in coils.
Brass plate
Chemical symbol: CuZn
Purity: the purity of brass plates is > 99.90%.
Dimensions: the most common sizes of brass anodes are 600×100, 600×200, and 800×200 mm. Our equipment allows cutting pieces up to 1600 mm in length. On request, we also cut according to your custom dimensions.
Product description: The two main alloys used for brass electroplating are 63/37 and 70/30. Other alloys are also possible, such as 80/20.
The anodes can be drilled for attaching a hook.
Application: brass plate anodes are used for brass plating for decorative or functional purposes. The brass anodes are placed in anode bags. Bath compositions include sodium cyanide, copper cyanide, zinc cyanide, and caustic soda. The selected brass grade depends on the desired color of the coating.
Packaging: on pallet
Safety/MSDS: for industrial use only.

Brass rods
Chemical symbol: CuZn
Purity: the purity of brass pieces is > 99.95%.
Dimensions: the standard size of brass mini rods is 12x20 mm. Other sizes available upon request.
Product description: The two main alloys used for brass electroplating are 63/37 and 70/30. Other alloys are also possible, such as 80/20.
Application: brass mini rods (or balls) are used for decorative or functional brass plating. Their special shape makes them very convenient for continuous/reel-to-reel treatments. The brass pieces are then placed in titanium baskets located at the bottom of the plating tank or in vertical baskets. The baskets can be filled ergonomically and quickly. For better filtration, it is recommended to place an anode bag around the basket.
Bath composition is based on sodium cyanide, copper cyanide, zinc cyanide, and caustic soda. The selected brass grade depends on the desired color.
Packaging: 15 kg drums, 10 kg bags, 20 kg cartons, or other on request.

Brass balls
Chemical symbol: CuZn
Purity: the purity of brass balls is > 99.95%.
Dimensions: the standard size of brass balls is 22-25 mm. Other sizes available upon request.
Product description: The two main alloys used for brass electroplating are 63/37 and 70/30. Other alloys are also possible, such as 80/20.
Application: brass balls are used for brass plating in decorative or functional applications. The brass balls are then placed in vertical titanium baskets. The baskets can be filled ergonomically and quickly. For better filtration, it is recommended to place an anode bag around the baskets.
Bath compositions are based on sodium cyanide, copper cyanide, zinc cyanide, and caustic soda. The selected brass grade depends on the desired color of the product.
Packaging: 20 kg cartons, other on request
Safety/MSDS: for industrial use only.

Brass squares
Chemical symbol: CuZn
Purity: the purity of brass squares is > 99.90%.
Dimensions: brass squares are available in 3 standard sizes: 25×25 – 50×50 and 100x100 mm. Other sizes available upon request.
Product description: The two main alloys used for brass electroplating are 63/37 and 70/30. Other alloys are also possible, such as 80/20.
Application: brass squares are used for decorative purposes in brass plating. The brass squares are then placed in vertical titanium baskets. For better filtration, it is recommended to place an anode bag around the basket.
Brass plating bath compositions include sodium cyanide, copper cyanide, zinc cyanide, and caustic soda. The selected brass grade depends on the desired color of the deposit.
Packaging: 25 kg bags, other on request
Safety/MSDS: for industrial use only.

Brass wire
Chemical symbol: CuZn
Purity: the purity of brass wires is > 99.90%.
Dimensions: we offer brass wires ranging from 0.4 mm to 6 mm in diameter. Other diameters available upon request.
Product description: brass wires can be of two types: annealed (very flexible – soft heat-treated) or hard. Depending on the diameter, brass wires are available in 15–20 kg spools or 1–15 kg coils.
Application: annealed brass wires are generally used for securing parts that require electroplating. Hard wires are used for making rigid hooks or for anodizing hollow parts (internal metallization).
Packaging: spools and coils
Safety/MSDS: for industrial use only
